Used photocopiers and second hand copiers in Sydney

What should I check before buying a used photocopier?

• The meter. The page count says how hard it has worked. Get it in writing.
• Parts and toner. Can they still be had for this model? A model nobody supplies is a false economy.
• Service. Who will look after it? A copier with no technician behind it costs more over time.
• What is fitted. Drawers, finisher, document feeder, fax, scanning.
• Getting it in. The body of an A3 floor model alone weighs roughly 75 to 90 kilograms. In a Sydney tower that means a booked loading dock and goods lift, then the network set up once it is on your floor.

What will we sell, and what not?

Only what we can service. Where a model's support is running out, we say so and suggest one with years left in it.

Used suits light volumes where the office still wants a proper A3 copier for the least money. For heavy printing, a refurbished machine usually pays off better over the term.

Used A3 copiers in Sydney

A lot of the used copiers around Sydney are A3 colour machines that came back from offices when a lease ended, from Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Sharp, Kyocera and Konica Minolta among others. For a modest volume office, a used A3 copier is the low outlay way to have both A3 and colour.

Would you rather pay over time? A refurbished A3 machine on rental needs no lump sum. Cheap A3 copiers lays the two out next to each other.

Ex lease and low meter machines

Plenty of used copiers are ex lease, returned when an office's contract finished. Some return with very few pages on the meter, because the office they sat in barely printed. The page count on any machine is yours for the asking.
