Keep it while it runs well and OKI still supports it: that is the short answer for an OKI C833. This 35 pages per minute A3 colour printer belongs to OKI's second C800 generation, out in 2016; the ES8433 was that generation's Executive Series version. The dates and the options are below.

Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
Straight answer: if a C833 is still inside its support dates and printing cleanly, keep it. The ES8433 is a different story, because OKI's support has ended and every repair depends on finding the part. When either one starts costing more in calls and parts than it is worth, the C834, OKI's current model, takes over the same work and gets the first page out faster. The old printer can leave in the same changeover (trade in).
The C834 comes new from us. Secondhand OKI A3 printers are offered too, every one checked and its page count put in writing. The price includes delivery, network connection and a hands on run through for staff. With a service agreement in place, if the machine fails we replace it, however far into the term.
Rent, lease or pay outright, subject to approval. When a rental term ends you upgrade or hand it back, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
