Is the south west too far out for proper service? No. From Bankstown and Liverpool to Campbelltown and Minto, copiers are delivered, installed and looked after exactly as they are closer in.

Will a copier fit through our door?

Usually, but it pays to check first. A freestanding A3 copier is roughly 60 centimetres wide, taller than a desk and heavier than 80 kilograms, so before the day we ask about stairs, lift size, door widths, the loading dock, access hours and where the truck can stop.

In the CBD and North Sydney that normally means a dock booking and a goods lift, because clearways and bus lanes leave almost nowhere to pull up. Terraces in Surry Hills and the inner west can mean narrow stairs and an extra person. Across a city this size, every delivery gets a booked time, never a guess.

Delivery across Sydney: quick answers

How far out do you deliver?

To the edges of greater Sydney: Penrith and St Marys in the west, Campbelltown in the south west, Hornsby and Castle Hill to the north, and Caringbah and Kirrawee in the south.

Our business is outside greater Sydney. Can you help?

Ask before you pick a machine. You will hear straight away whether we can deliver and service there, and we will not sell you one we cannot look after.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are part of every machine we supply. Dock and lift bookings are arranged with you ahead of the day.

How long until the copier is installed?

About a week from signing for most machines. A new one that has to be ordered in can take longer, and you are told that before you sign.
