Why pick a Canon?
Every imageRUNNER ADVANCE uses the same panel layout, and Canon colour has a strong reputation. DX marks the newer generation.

The Canon colour offices know, at a secondhand outlay.
What a Canon model number tells you
Look for the C, then the last two digits. C means colour, and the digits are the speed: an imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i does 30 pages a minute, a C3525i 25 and a C3520i 20. DX in the name, as on the C3730i, marks the newer generation. No C means mono, so the 4545i is a 45 page mono model.
Who should go for a Canon?
Is your team used to Canon, and does a lot of colour go out the door? Then a refurbished C3530i makes sense. It runs A3 at 30 pages a minute, and nobody has to learn a new screen.
A Canon from Sydney Copiers: what happens
Is a Canon available new from us? No. Canon machines come secondhand only: renewed, refurbished and used. For a new machine the choice is HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI or Toshiba, and we will lay them side by side for you. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it and services it, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would rather not pay up front? Copier rental runs from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

Name the Canon, or the job, and get the numbers
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.
Or ring (02) 8313 0670, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Which Canon would suit you?
Give a model, or say what the work is. The figures come back in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
Replacement warranty
What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Questions
Buying Canon: what people ask
Can I buy a new Canon from you?
No. Canon comes to us secondhand only, used and refurbished. If it has to be new, pick from Lexmark, HP, Kyocera, OKI or Toshiba.
Is ADVANCE DX newer than ADVANCE?
Yes. DX is the later generation of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE range, and both turn up secondhand.
