Is a cheap copier actually cheap?
Only if the pages are. Over three years, running the machine takes most of the money: toner, parts, repairs and what each page costs. A low machine price means little when the pages are dear.
Compare three figures: the purchase price or the rental payment, the mono and colour cost per page, and exactly what the page cost includes. We give you all three, in writing.
The entry price is half the sum. The page rate is the other half.
What are the low cost options?

Cheap A3 copiers: straight answers
What is the least I can spend on an A3 copier?
Either a used A3 bought outright or a refurbished A3 on rental, depending on whether you want one payment or many. Ask and you get both sets of figures.
Will a cheap copier break down all the time?
Not if it is serviced. Every copier needs regular servicing, budget or not, and every machine we sell can go on our service agreement.
Can I buy a cheap photocopier outright?
Yes. A used one bought outright is the smallest outlay. If you would rather spread it, refurbished rents from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines.
Are there cheap copy machines in A4?
Yes. Skip A3 and an A4 multifunction printer usually comes in below an A3 copier, while still printing, copying and scanning. See office printers.
