A growing mix. Liverpool is a city in its own right, with a hospital and health precinct, courts, council and professional offices in its centre. Moorebank and Prestons sit around a large freight and logistics precinct near the M5 and M7. Bankstown has its town centre, a university campus and a business park at its airport, with Milperra, Chullora, Condell Park and Revesby close by for manufacturing, food production and trade supplies. How long does delivery take out here?

The same as anywhere else: most machines are in within about a week of signing, and a new machine that has to be ordered can take longer, which you hear before you sign. What changes is the travel. The M5 and the Hume Highway are slow at peak hour, so a delivery to Campbelltown or Ingleburn goes in at a time agreed with you.

Logistics sites at Moorebank and Prestons often run security gates and booked docks; pass the details on early. Industrial units in Milperra, Chullora and Minto usually take a copier straight through the roller door.

Do you service copiers in Campbelltown, or only deliver there?

Both. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, so Campbelltown, Minto and Ingleburn get the same service as Liverpool.

Our old copier is still under lease. Can we change over?

Often, yes. Send us the agreement and we read it for you: the end date, the notice it needs and what finishing early would involve. Your old machine can also go as a trade in.

Our childcare centre prints mostly A4. Is an office printer enough?

Usually, yes. An A4 multifunction printer copies, prints and scans, and office printers rent from $10 a week plus GST. If anyone needs A3 posters or programs, step up to a compact A3 copier.
