OKI builds its own LED engine into compact A3 machines: printers in the C800 series, multifunction copiers in the MC800 series. Buy a current model new, or pick a secondhand OKI A3 machine; we service both.
Instead of a laser, OKI uses a digital LED engine, and that keeps the body small. A C800 series A3 colour printer sits on a desk or bench, and the MC800 series adds copying and scanning. ES models are the same machines made for resellers: the ES8473 is an MC873 under its Executive Series name.

Two letters do most of the work. MC is a colour multifunction, like the MC873; a plain C is a colour printer, like the C834. Numbers in the 800s are A3. ES means Executive Series, OKI's line for office equipment resellers, the ES8473 for one. Then the suffix: dn adds double sided printing and a network port, w adds wireless.
Short answer: the C834 if you only print, and the MC873 (or the ES8473, its Executive Series twin) if you copy and scan too. Printing a lot every day? A full size A3 copier will cope better. Never touch A3? Go for an office printer instead.
Can you get an OKI new? Yes: new OKI copiers are part of the range, and so are renewed, refurbished and used ones. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it and services it, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would rather not pay up front? Copier rental runs from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
