OKI no longer supports any of them. Five models, all floor standing A3 colour copiers sold only through OKI's dealers from 2014: the ES9455, ES9465 and ES9475 MFP, then the ES9466 and ES9476. This page covers what the end of support means and what to put in their place.

The first three (ES9455, ES9465, ES9475 MFP) left sale in September 2016 and lost OKI Australia's support on 30 September 2023. The later two (ES9466, ES9476 MFP) were sold until March 2019; their support ended on 31 March 2026.

With no maker support, keeping an ES94 alive comes down to finding parts and toner, and that only gets harder. A machine still printing well can stay for now. The replacement, when the time comes, will be another brand: there is no OKI A3 copier on the Australian market today. From us that means Toshiba, Kyocera or HP new, or a renewed or refurbished machine from any major brand, with every figure in writing. Your ES94 can be taken away in the same changeover (trade in).
Toshiba, Kyocera and HP A3 copiers come new from us; secondhand machines of any major brand are offered in all three grades, each with its page count in writing. The price includes delivery, network connection and a hands on run through for staff. With a service agreement in place, if the machine fails we replace it, however far into the term.
Rent, lease or pay outright, subject to approval. When a rental term ends you upgrade or hand it back, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
