Lexmark designs around two things: security and parts that last. Its A4 colour MFPs sit near the top of their class for speed, and the A3 models in the CX950 and CX960 ranges are built on the same thinking. Lexmark has belonged to Xerox since 2025.

CX means colour and MX means mono; that is most of it. A3 colour comes in two ranges, CX961se to CX963se and CX950se to CX953se, and A3 mono as the MX953se. Within a range, the higher the last digit, the faster the machine. On the A4 side, the CX735, CX825 and CX833 get quicker as the numbers rise, and the MX632 is the steady mono choice.
Security high on the list and most pages A4? Lexmark is a good answer. If A3 comes up only now and then, an A4 colour Lexmark office printer can take the copier's place and give you back the floor space.
Can you get a Lexmark new? Yes: new Lexmark copiers are part of the range, and so are renewed, refurbished and used ones. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it and services it, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would rather not pay up front? Copier rental runs from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Yes. New Lexmark multifunction printers come from us in both A4 and A3.
Yes. Lexmark multifunction printers copy, print and scan as a copier does, and the CX950 and CX960 models take A3 paper.
Colour. CX models print colour and MX models print mono. In A3, that means the MX953se for mono, or a CX950 or CX960 model for colour.
