Yes, we sell Toshiba new. We also carry renewed, refurbished and used e STUDIO copiers, anything from the 2505AC family up to today's models, and we service every one we put into a Sydney office.
Toshiba's strength is consistency: every e STUDIO uses the same touch panel layout, so staff who know one can run them all. The machines are dependable A3 workhorses, with colour models sized for anything from a small office to a busy floor, and mono models that simply get through the work.
Names written the way the maker writes them. Not there? Ask.
Every e STUDIO shares one panel, so your staff learn it once.
Short version: the opening two digits are the speed. An e STUDIO 3525AC prints 35 pages a minute; the 25 after it is the generation, and AC says colour. Mono models finish on a lone A, like the 3528A. By the same logic the 2525AC runs at 25 pages and the 5525AC at 55. When two secondhand Toshibas match on speed, the generation settles it: a 3525AC is the later machine, a 3515AC the earlier one.
Pick a Toshiba if you want A3 colour that your staff find easy from the first morning. For ten to twenty people, start with the 3525AC: 35 pages a minute, which is the right pace for a team that size.
Can you get a Toshiba new? Yes: new Toshiba copiers are part of the range, and so are renewed, refurbished and used ones. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it and services it, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would rather not pay up front? Copier rental runs from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.
Typical, not a stock list. Shown in the makers' photos; ask what is in this week.
Renewed grade: extra parts replaced, close to new in use
70 in all, grouped by series. Tap one and it drops into the enquiry form; you then hear if one is here, how many pages it has done, and what it costs. Speed figures: A4 pages per minute.
Specifications from the maker on every page, whether you buy new or secondhand. All brands, all models.

Give a model, or say what the work is. The figures come back in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Yes. New e STUDIO machines come from us, and so do refurbished and used ones.
Speed comes first. The opening two digits are pages a minute, so a 3525AC does 35. AC on the end means colour; a single A means mono.
Most weeks, yes. e STUDIO machines in all three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, come in regularly, typically somewhere between the 2505AC family and the 3525AC. What is on hand changes week to week, so name a model or a speed and you get what we have, page count and figures included.
No. Each secondhand machine is priced on its own page count, its age and its finisher. Pick a model and we put the figures in writing.
Rental runs from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval. Beyond that, the figure depends on which model, what condition it is in and how you pay, so tell us which one you like and the numbers come back in writing.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
