In 2021 Fuji Xerox took the name FUJIFILM Business Innovation, and in this part of the world the Xerox name came off these machines. That makes a Fuji Xerox ApeosPort C3070 and a later Fujifilm Apeos one line, both known for strong colour and good finishing. Plenty of people still say Xerox machine when they mean any copier. Two names, one line of machines: judge it by age and page count, not the badge.
Start with the badge. Fuji Xerox ApeosPort C3070: C for colour, 30 for pages a minute. Since 2021 this line has worn the Fujifilm name and an Apeos badge, so searches show both an Apeos C3070 and an ApeosPort C3070. Older Fuji Xerox machines say DocuCentre. Whichever badge you are looking at, ask its age and page count before anything else.
Turning out reports and handouts in house? Put a stapling finisher on a refurbished ApeosPort C3070 and they come off the machine ready to hand round.
Is a Fuji Xerox available new from us? No. Fujifilm and Fuji Xerox machines come secondhand only: renewed, refurbished and used. For a new machine the choice is HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI or Toshiba, and we will lay them side by side for you. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it and services it, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would rather not pay up front? Copier rental runs from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
