How does the west use its copiers?
Three ways. Parramatta is Sydney's second CBD, with state government agencies, banks, insurers, law firms and accountants in new towers, and the Westmead health precinct next door holds major hospitals and medical research institutes. Rydalmere, Camellia, Silverwater, Auburn and Granville are older industrial suburbs packed with manufacturers, wholesalers and trade suppliers. Further west, Smithfield, Wetherill Park, Girraween, Seven Hills, Arndell Park, Huntingwood, Eastern Creek and Erskine Park are lined with warehouses and distribution centres, and Blacktown, Penrith and St Marys have their own hospitals, councils and town centre offices.
So there is no single west Sydney copier. Government and legal floors in Parramatta run fast A3 colour with card release and big paper trays; Silverwater wholesalers print invoices, picking slips and dockets in long runs; and the dispatch office of an Eastern Creek distribution centre needs a sturdy machine close to the trucks. Keeping the outlay down? Look at cheap A3 copiers: refurbished and used machines that suit a rental.
