Renewed grade: extra parts replaced, close to new in use
Copiers rent from $15 a week plus GST. For that you get one regular payment, a machine serviced for the full term, and, once the term is up, the choice between a newer model and handing it back. It is a business agreement measured in years, which makes it rental, not hire.
Two or three copiers that suit your volume, each with its weekly or monthly figure written beside it.
A rental agreement in the business's name, usually three to five years, subject to approval.
Delivery, network setup, scanning and a run through with your staff are part of the price. Most machines are up and running within about a week of signing, on a day booked with you; one that has to come in new from the maker can take longer, and you hear that before you sign.
Toner, parts and repairs are on a service agreement, charged at a fixed rate for each page. We do not sell a machine we cannot service.
Move to a newer copier or send this one back. Want to keep it instead? Ask us.
Typical of what comes through, pictured in the makers' own photos. Stock moves weekly, so ask about one and get its page count and figures in writing.

Copiers rent from $15 a week plus GST, and that lowest figure is on selected refurbished A3 machines. Your own figure moves with four things: which model you pick, its grade, whether it prints colour, and how many months the term runs, normally 36, 48 or 60.
Pages are billed on top, under the service agreement, at a fixed rate each, with mono and colour on separate rates. On an all inclusive rental, the prints that come with it are counted across the whole term. Give us a rough idea of your monthly pages and the weekly figure and page rates arrive in writing.
How most customers pay: one regular payment, serviced, and a newer machine at the end.
Many businesses treat the rental as an operating expense. How that works for yours is a question for your accountant.
Six short scenes: agreement, delivery, network, scanning, training, service.
We put up two or three machines to fit your printing.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
A set number of prints comes with the rental, counted over the whole term instead of month by month. A big month does not push the bill up, and a slow month does not throw anything away. Whether it suits you comes down to how evenly your office prints, so ask.
Plenty of small Sydney offices never print A3, and a full copier would be more machine than they need. An A4 multifunction printer rents on the same basis, from $10 a week plus GST: a single payment each week or month, our servicing, the replacement warranty, and the option of something newer when the term is up.

Hire is for days or weeks: a conference, a fit out, a project that wraps up next month. A Sydney Copiers rental runs for years, on a copier picked for the way your office prints, and serviced from start to finish. Need one for a month? That is hire, and we do not offer it.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

Copiers rent from $15 a week plus GST; the lowest figure is on selected refurbished machines. Where yours lands depends on the model, the grade, mono or colour, and the length of the term. Send a rough page count and you get your figure on paper.
Yes. Refurbished and renewed machines rent for up to 60 months; the older the machine, the shorter the longest term.
The service agreement covers the repair. And if the machine fails, it is replaced, with that replacement warranty lasting as long as the agreement.
The rental company, for the whole term. When it ends the machine returns to us, and the next step is yours: something newer, or simply hand it back. Keen to keep it? Ask.
Selected refurbished A3 machines, from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines. The machines at that figure change, so ask what is on the list today.
Rental is for businesses and needs the rental company's approval. Ask, and we tell you what they will want to see before you apply.
Yes, from $10 a week plus GST, on the same terms as a copier. See printer rental.
No. That would be hire, and rental is not hire: ours runs three to five years on a business agreement, is serviced throughout, and ends with a newer model or a hand back.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
