Also in the series (pages per minute in brackets): ECOSYS MA3500cix (35) and ECOSYS MA3500cifx (35). 40 pages per minute in A4 colour, supplied new and set up on your network.
Figures as the maker publishes them. New ones come delivered, installed and set up, all in the price.
The straight answer on size: an office of up to around ten people, printing mostly A4. Keep it to 1,900 pages a month or fewer, on Kyocera's recommendation. Printing less? The ECOSYS MA3500cifx at 35 pages per minute may be all you need.
New from us means the maker's warranty plus delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff, in the one price. Most machines go in within about a week of signing; a model that has to be ordered can take longer, and you hear that before you sign.
Most customers rent: one regular payment on a three to five year business agreement, with the machine serviced the whole way through. On selected machines the rental figure starts from $15 a week plus GST, finance permitting. A lease, other finance or an outright purchase work too.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
