Image courtesy of the makerThe MX 3071 is the 30 pages per minute model in Sharp's MX 3071 series, from 2018. Also in the series (pages per minute in brackets): MX 3571 (35), MX 4071 (40), MX 5071 (50) and MX 6071 (60). Useful numbers: it scans double sided originals in one go, up to 110 images a minute, loads 650 sheets as standard and 6,300 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm.
30 pages per minute in A3 colour, secondhand with the page count in writing.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
The straight answer on size: somewhere between five and fifteen people. If that sounds tight, the MX 3571 runs at 35 pages per minute in the same series.
Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever MX 3071 you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.

Want figures on the Sharp MX 3071?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
No two are the same. The count for the unit you are offered comes in writing, and it is the best single guide to wear.
Same series, so the choice is speed: 30 pages per minute against 35. Tell us your headcount and monthly pages and we give you a straight answer.
Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
