Toshiba rates the e STUDIO 5508A at 55 pages per minute, and it is an A3 black and white photocopier. Black and white only, up to A3, with copying and scanning built in. Pick a grade, renewed, refurbished or used, and get the page count of that exact machine in writing first.
Put simply: Toshiba's e STUDIO 5508A is an A3 black and white photocopier that prints 55 pages per minute, from its e STUDIO 8508A series, dating from 2016. From the maker's sheet, it scans double sided originals in one go, up to 240 images a minute and feeds card up to 300 gsm.
55 pages per minute in A3 black and white, secondhand with the page count in writing.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
Sized for thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room, going by its speed.
Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever e STUDIO 5508A you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
Whatever we sell, we service, and this e STUDIO 5508A is no exception. On a service agreement, one that fails is swapped for a working machine during the term. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST, once finance is approved.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

Want figures on the Toshiba e STUDIO 5508A?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Each machine differs. You see its actual page count, in writing, before anything is agreed; that figure says more about wear than the year does.
Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
