Lexmark rates the CX923dte at 55 pages per minute, and it is an A3 colour photocopier. One machine for colour copying, printing and scanning, up to A3. A fax comes fitted as standard. Pick a grade, renewed, refurbished or used, and get the page count of that exact machine in writing first.
Image courtesy of the makerThe CX923dte is the 55 pages per minute model in Lexmark's CX92x series, dating from 2017. Also in the series (pages per minute in brackets): CX920de (25), CX921de (35), CX922de (45), CX923dxe (55) and CX924dxe (65). From the maker's sheet, it scans double sided originals in one go, up to 80 images a minute, loads 2,150 sheets as standard and 5,150 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm.
Secondhand, A3 colour, 55 pages per minute, in three grades.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
Our rule of thumb: it suits thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room. Lexmark recommends staying within 50,000 pages a month. More people than that? The CX924dxe is the same series at 65 pages per minute. Printing less? The CX922de at 45 pages per minute may be all you need.
Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever CX923dte you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.

Want figures on the Lexmark CX923dte?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
No two are the same. The count for the unit you are offered comes in writing, and it is the best single guide to wear.
50,000 pages a month is Lexmark's recommended figure, and 250,000 is the rated maximum for a single month.
Count the people printing. The CX923dte does 55 pages per minute and the CX924dxe 65, in the same series.
Yes, once finance is approved. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST. When the term is up, you move to a newer machine or hand this one back; send us the model for the written figures.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
