Lexmark rates the CX923dxe at 55 pages per minute, and it is an A3 colour photocopier. One machine for colour copying, printing and scanning, up to A3. A fax comes fitted as standard. It is sold secondhand here in three grades, and the page count of the actual machine is put in writing before anything is signed.

The other speeds in the series are the CX920de (25), CX921de (35), CX922de (45), CX923dte (55) and CX924dxe (65), in pages per minute. Useful numbers: it scans double sided originals in one go, up to 80 images a minute, loads 3,650 sheets as standard and 6,650 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm.

Sized for thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room, going by its speed. Lexmark's own guide is up to 50,000 pages a month. More people than that? The CX924dxe is the same series at 65 pages per minute. Printing less? The CX922de at 45 pages per minute may be all you need.
Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever CX923dxe you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.
