Lexmark XC9335, Secondhand in Sydney

Short answer: the Lexmark XC9335 is an A3 colour photocopier that turns out 35 pages per minute. It handles colour copies and prints up to A3, and scanning as well. Pick a grade, renewed, refurbished or used, and get the page count of that exact machine in writing first.

  • 35 pages per minute on A4
  • A3 colour: print, copy, scan
  • Three secondhand grades
  • On agreement: replaced if it fails

Where the XC9335 fits in the Lexmark range

Lexmark slots the XC9335 into its XC93x5 series as the 35 pages per minute option. The series has a single sister, the XC9325 (25 pages per minute). Useful numbers: it tops out at 55 scanned images a minute and loads 620 sheets as standard and 5,140 fully optioned.

Who is it for?

Our rule of thumb: it suits somewhere between five and fifteen people. Lexmark's own guide is up to 20,000 pages a month. Printing less? The XC9325 at 25 pages per minute may be all you need.

Secondhand: grades and payment

The grade sets the outlay and the page count tells you the wear, and you get both in writing. A rental or lease can run up to 60 months, limited by the machine's age, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are included.

Whatever we sell, we service, and this XC9335 is no exception. On a service agreement, one that fails is swapped for a working machine during the term. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST, once finance is approved.

What to ask about a secondhand one

  • The meter reading. Pages printed so far, in writing. That number beats the build year as a guide to wear.
  • What comes with it. Extra trays, a finisher, a big paper deck: each one alters the work it can take and the figure on the quote.
  • Who looks after it. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, because a copier nobody can fix is no bargain.
  • Running cost. Get the mono and colour rates per page in writing, plus what each rate covers.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

What people ask about the Lexmark XC9335

What sort of page count does a secondhand XC9335 carry?

It varies, so we put the count in writing for the exact machine you are looking at. That number tells you more than its age.

How many pages a month suits the XC9335?

20,000 pages a month is Lexmark's recommended figure, and 150,000 is the rated maximum for a single month.

Which should I get, the XC9335 or the XC9325?

Same series, so the choice is speed: 35 pages per minute against 25. Tell us your headcount and monthly pages and we give you a straight answer.

Is there a rental option for the XC9335?

Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
