22 pages per minute: that is the headline figure for the Konica Minolta bizhub 227, an A3 black and white photocopier. Black and white only, up to A3, with copying and scanning built in. Pick a grade, renewed, refurbished or used, and get the page count of that exact machine in writing first.

The other speeds in the series are the bizhub 287 (28) and bizhub 367 (36), in pages per minute. Worth knowing: it tops out at 45 scanned images a minute and loads 1,100 sheets as standard and 3,600 fully optioned.
Secondhand, A3 black and white, 22 pages per minute, in three grades.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
It is the right size for up to around five people. Konica Minolta recommends staying within 10,000 pages a month. Busier than that, step up to the bizhub 287, 28 pages per minute.
Every secondhand bizhub 227 is checked before we offer it, and its page count is given to you in writing. Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.
Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

Want figures on the Konica Minolta bizhub 227?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Each machine differs. You see its actual page count, in writing, before anything is agreed; that figure says more about wear than the year does.
Konica Minolta says up to 10,000 pages a month; in a peak month it is rated for 19,000.
Speed is the difference: 22 pages per minute for the bizhub 227, 28 for the bizhub 287. Match it to how many people share the machine.
Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
