Konica Minolta bizhub 367, Secondhand in Sydney

Konica Minolta rates the bizhub 367 at 36 pages per minute, and it is an A3 black and white photocopier. It copies, prints and scans in black and white, on paper as big as A3. It is sold secondhand here in three grades, and the page count of the actual machine is put in writing before anything is signed.

  • 36 pages per minute on A4
  • A3 black and white: print, copy, scan
  • Three secondhand grades

The short version

Konica Minolta slots the bizhub 367 into its bizhub 227 to 367 range as the 36 pages per minute option. The other speeds in the series are the bizhub 227 (22) and bizhub 287 (28), in pages per minute. Useful numbers: it needs the optional document feeder to reach 45 scanned images a minute and loads 1,100 sheets as standard and 3,600 fully optioned.

How many people can share it?

Sized for fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor, going by its speed. Konica Minolta recommends staying within 20,000 pages a month. Fewer pages to print? The bizhub 287 runs at 28 pages per minute.

Secondhand: grades and payment

Every secondhand bizhub 367 is checked before we offer it, and its page count is given to you in writing. Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.

Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.

Four checks before buying secondhand

  • The meter reading. Pages printed so far, in writing. That number beats the build year as a guide to wear.
  • What comes with it. Extra trays, a finisher, a big paper deck: each one alters the work it can take and the figure on the quote.
  • Who looks after it. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, because a copier nobody can fix is no bargain.
  • Running cost. Get the mono and colour rates per page in writing, plus what each rate covers.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

Konica Minolta bizhub 367: straight answers

How much wear is on a secondhand bizhub 367?

Each machine differs. You see its actual page count, in writing, before anything is agreed; that figure says more about wear than the year does.

What is the bizhub 367's monthly page limit?

Konica Minolta says up to 20,000 pages a month; in a peak month it is rated for 48,000.

Which should I get, the bizhub 367 or the bizhub 287?

Speed is the difference: 36 pages per minute for the bizhub 367, 28 for the bizhub 287. Match it to how many people share the machine.

Can the bizhub 367 go on a rental agreement?

Yes, once finance is approved. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST. When the term is up, you move to a newer machine or hand this one back; send us the model for the written figures.
