What is the C910?
It was the start of the C900 line for a lot of print rooms: the C910n, bought for colour on card. Sales through OKI Australia ended in March 2019, and OKI's support stopped on 31 March 2026.
No, OKI no longer supports the C910: support finished on 31 March 2026, and sales ended in 2019. It is a C900 series A3 colour printer, 36 pages per minute in mono and 31 in colour, taking card up to 300 gsm. Here is what the end of support means in practice.

Past OKI's support: what to do while a C910 still prints.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
No support means every repair depends on a part someone still has. That is no reason to retire a C910 that prints well. It is a reason to know your next step: the C911, OKI's current C900 model, prints faster and takes heavier card. We put both options, keep or replace, in writing with the figures, and the old printer can go in the same changeover (trade in).
A new C911 is available from us, and so are secondhand C900 series printers, every one checked with the page count in writing. The price includes delivery, network connection and a hands on run through for staff. With a service agreement in place, if the machine fails we replace it, however far into the term.
Rent, lease or pay outright, subject to approval. When a rental term ends you upgrade or hand it back, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

Want figures on the OKI C910?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

OKI's current C900 printer, the C911. It runs at 50 pages per minute and feeds card as heavy as 360 gsm, from the bypass.
Yes, subject to approval. A secondhand OKI can be rented over a term that fits its age, and selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST. Name the model and the figures arrive in writing.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
