50 pages per minute in A3 colour, with the bypass tray taking card as heavy as 360 gsm: the OKI C911 is built for volume and heavy stock. It is still on OKI's current list, so it can come new from us; secondhand units are available as well, serviced by us.

  • 50 pages per minute on A4
  • Card up to 360 gsm (bypass)
  • New or secondhand
  • On agreement: replaced if it fails

What is the C911?

Card is the reason to buy one. The C911dn is the C900 series model for colour work on heavy stock that an everyday office copier will not feed, and it still prints double sided and connects to your network. OKI puts the comfortable load at 25,000 pages a month; the rated maximum is 300,000.

50 pages per minute, and card as heavy as 360 gsm through the bypass.

Who is it for?

Think school print rooms, sign and menu work, and in house marketing: anything where colour goes onto card in quantity. For ordinary paper, the far smaller C834 fits on a desk and does the job.

New or secondhand, and how do you pay?

The C911 is available new or secondhand. Every machine is checked before we offer it, and its page count goes to you in writing. Rent or lease it for up to 60 months (its age decides the longest term), or pay outright. Delivery, network connection and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price.

With a service agreement in place, our replacement warranty lasts as long as the agreement: if the machine fails, we replace it. When the term ends, you upgrade or hand it back. On selected machines, rental is priced from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval.

Four checks before buying secondhand

  • Pages through it. We put the count in writing; on an OKI it says more than the year.
  • Drum and fuser life. Both wear with every page. Ask how much is left on each before you commit.
  • The extras. Additional trays, a stand or a duplex unit each change the work it can take on.
  • Support years left. Ask for OKI's support end date for the model; we give it to you, and we service whatever we sell.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

OKI C911: straight answers

Can I buy the OKI C911 new?

Yes. OKI Australia still sells it, which means a new one can come from us, and secondhand ones turn up now and then.

What is the heaviest card the C911 takes?

On OKI's figures, 320 gsm from the paper trays and 360 gsm fed through the bypass.

Should I get the C911 or the C931?

Same C900 body, same 50 pages per minute. The difference: OKI Australia still sells the C911 new, and the C931 is secondhand only.

Can an OKI C911 go on a rental agreement?

Yes, subject to approval. A secondhand OKI can be rented over a term that fits its age, and selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST. Name the model and the figures arrive in writing.
