Sharp rates the MX 4061 at 40 pages per minute, and it is an A3 colour photocopier. One machine for colour copying, printing and scanning, up to A3. Pick a grade, renewed, refurbished or used, and get the page count of that exact machine in writing first.
In Sharp's MX 3061 series, the MX 4061 is the one that runs at 40 pages per minute. Sister models, slowest first, with pages per minute: MX 3061 (30) and MX 3561 (35). Worth knowing: it tops out at 80 scanned images a minute, loads 650 sheets as standard and 6,300 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm.
The MX 4061, secondhand: A3 colour at 40 pages per minute, serviced by us.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
It is the right size for fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor. Printing less? The MX 3561 at 35 pages per minute may be all you need.
Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever MX 4061 you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.

Want figures on the Sharp MX 4061?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
It varies, so we put the count in writing for the exact machine you are looking at. That number tells you more than its age.
Speed is the difference: 40 pages per minute for the MX 4061, 35 for the MX 3561. Match it to how many people share the machine.
Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
