How many people can share it?

Sized for thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room, going by its speed. Konica Minolta recommends staying within 53,000 pages a month. Printing less? The bizhub C550i at 55 pages per minute may be all you need.

What does secondhand get you?

Every secondhand bizhub C650i is checked before we offer it, and its page count is given to you in writing. Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.

Bought outright without a service agreement, the warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you what it is in writing before the sale. Add a service agreement and a failed machine is replaced at any point in the term. The rental figure on selected machines starts from $15 a week plus GST, provided finance is approved.

Secondhand? Check these first

  • The meter reading. Pages printed so far, in writing. That number beats the build year as a guide to wear.
  • What comes with it. Extra trays, a finisher, a big paper deck: each one alters the work it can take and the figure on the quote.
  • Who looks after it. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, because a copier nobody can fix is no bargain.
  • Running cost. Get the mono and colour rates per page in writing, plus what each rate covers.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

Konica Minolta bizhub C650i questions, answered

Is a new bizhub C650i still available?

No. Konica Minolta replaced it with the bizhub C651i, so secondhand is the way to get one, and we service every one we sell.

What sort of page count does a secondhand bizhub C650i carry?

Each machine differs. You see its actual page count, in writing, before anything is agreed; that figure says more about wear than the year does.

Will the bizhub C650i cope with our monthly volume?

53,000 pages a month is Konica Minolta's recommended figure, and 250,000 is the rated maximum for a single month.

Which should I get, the bizhub C650i or the bizhub C550i?

Speed is the difference: 65 pages per minute for the bizhub C650i, 55 for the bizhub C550i. Match it to how many people share the machine.
