Will it keep up with your office?

The straight answer on size: thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room.

What does secondhand get you?

Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever TASKalfa 8052ci you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.

Whatever we sell, we service, and this TASKalfa 8052ci is no exception. On a service agreement, one that fails is swapped for a working machine during the term. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST, once finance is approved.

Four checks before buying secondhand

  • The meter reading. Pages printed so far, in writing. That number beats the build year as a guide to wear.
  • What comes with it. Extra trays, a finisher, a big paper deck: each one alters the work it can take and the figure on the quote.
  • Who looks after it. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, because a copier nobody can fix is no bargain.
  • Running cost. Get the mono and colour rates per page in writing, plus what each rate covers.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

What people ask about the Kyocera TASKalfa 8052ci

Is a new TASKalfa 8052ci still available?

No. Kyocera replaced it with the TASKalfa 8353ci, so secondhand is the way to get one, and we service every one we sell.

What sort of page count does a secondhand TASKalfa 8052ci carry?

It varies, so we put the count in writing for the exact machine you are looking at. That number tells you more than its age.

Is there a rental option for the TASKalfa 8052ci?

Yes, once finance is approved. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST. When the term is up, you move to a newer machine or hand this one back; send us the model for the written figures.
