Will it keep up with your office?

Sized for somewhere between five and fifteen people, going by its speed. More people than that? The IM 3500 is the same series at 35 pages per minute. Printing less? The IM 2500 at 25 pages per minute may be all you need.

Which grade, and how do you pay?

Every secondhand IM 3000 is checked before we offer it, and its page count is given to you in writing. Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.

Whatever we sell, we service, and this IM 3000 is no exception. On a service agreement, one that fails is swapped for a working machine during the term. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST, once finance is approved.

Four checks before buying secondhand

  • The meter reading. Pages printed so far, in writing. That number beats the build year as a guide to wear.
  • What comes with it. Extra trays, a finisher, a big paper deck: each one alters the work it can take and the figure on the quote.
  • Who looks after it. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, because a copier nobody can fix is no bargain.
  • Running cost. Get the mono and colour rates per page in writing, plus what each rate covers.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

Ricoh IM 3000 questions, answered

What sort of page count does a secondhand IM 3000 carry?

No two are the same. The count for the unit you are offered comes in writing, and it is the best single guide to wear.

Which should I get, the IM 3000 or the IM 3500?

Speed is the difference: 30 pages per minute for the IM 3000, 35 for the IM 3500. Match it to how many people share the machine.

Is there a rental option for the IM 3000?

Yes, once finance is approved. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST. When the term is up, you move to a newer machine or hand this one back; send us the model for the written figures.
