25 pages per minute: that is the headline figure for the Konica Minolta bizhub C258, an A3 colour photocopier. One machine for colour copying, printing and scanning, up to A3. It is sold secondhand here in three grades, and the page count of the actual machine is put in writing before anything is signed.

The other speeds in the series are the bizhub C308 (30) and bizhub C368 (36), in pages per minute. From the maker's sheet, it needs the optional single pass document feeder to reach 80 scanned images a minute, loads 1,150 sheets as standard and 6,650 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm. The model that took over is the bizhub C250i.

It is the right size for up to around five people. Konica Minolta recommends staying within 13,000 pages a month. Busier than that, step up to the bizhub C308, 30 pages per minute.

Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.
Whatever we sell, we service, and this bizhub C258 is no exception. On a service agreement, one that fails is swapped for a working machine during the term. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST, once finance is approved.
