Who is it for?

It is the right size for fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor. Konica Minolta's own guide is up to 25,000 pages a month. Printing less? The bizhub C308 at 30 pages per minute may be all you need.

Secondhand: grades and payment

Every secondhand bizhub C368 is checked before we offer it, and its page count is given to you in writing. Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.

Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.

Four checks before buying secondhand

  • The meter reading. Pages printed so far, in writing. That number beats the build year as a guide to wear.
  • What comes with it. Extra trays, a finisher, a big paper deck: each one alters the work it can take and the figure on the quote.
  • Who looks after it. We do not sell a machine we cannot service, because a copier nobody can fix is no bargain.
  • Running cost. Get the mono and colour rates per page in writing, plus what each rate covers.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

Konica Minolta bizhub C368: straight answers

Is a new bizhub C368 still available?

No. Konica Minolta replaced it with the bizhub C360i, so secondhand is the way to get one, and we service every one we sell.

What is the page count on a used bizhub C368?

It varies, so we put the count in writing for the exact machine you are looking at. That number tells you more than its age.

How many pages a month suits the bizhub C368?

Konica Minolta says up to 25,000 pages a month; in a peak month it is rated for 125,000.

Which should I get, the bizhub C368 or the bizhub C308?

Count the people printing. The bizhub C368 does 36 pages per minute and the bizhub C308 30, in the same series.
