Where the MP C4504 fits in the Ricoh range
Ricoh slots the MP C4504 into its MP C4504 to C6004 range as the 45 pages per minute option. Its only sister is the MP C6004, which runs at 60 pages per minute. The model that took over is the IM C4500.
The Ricoh MP C4504 in one line: A3 colour photocopier, 45 pages per minute. It handles colour copies and prints up to A3, and scanning as well. It is sold secondhand here in three grades, and the page count of the actual machine is put in writing before anything is signed.

The MP C4504, secondhand: A3 colour at 45 pages per minute, serviced by us.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
The straight answer on size: fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor. More people than that? The MP C6004 is the same series at 60 pages per minute.
Every secondhand MP C4504 is checked before we offer it, and its page count is given to you in writing. Rental or lease terms reach 60 months on younger machines and run shorter on older ones, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price, anywhere in greater Sydney.
Under a service agreement, if the machine fails we replace it, for as long as the agreement runs. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST; finance needs approval first.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

Want figures on the Ricoh MP C4504?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Not new. The IM C4500 took over in Ricoh's range; a secondhand MP C4504 from us is checked, graded and looked after by us.
No two are the same. The count for the unit you are offered comes in writing, and it is the best single guide to wear.
Speed is the difference: 45 pages per minute for the MP C4504, 60 for the MP C6004. Match it to how many people share the machine.
Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
