HP rates the LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725dn at 41 pages per minute, and it is an A3 black and white photocopier. No colour, so there is one rate to watch: mono copying, printing and scanning up to A3. Secondhand ones come renewed, refurbished or used; every machine is checked, and its page count is yours in writing before you commit.
HP built the LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725dn as an A3 black and white photocopier running at 41 pages per minute, within its LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725 series. Worth knowing: it tops out at 50 scanned images a minute and loads 600 sheets.
41 pages per minute in A3 black and white, secondhand with the page count in writing.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
Our rule of thumb: it suits fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor. HP recommends staying within 20,000 pages a month.
The grade sets the outlay and the page count tells you the wear, and you get both in writing. A rental or lease can run up to 60 months, limited by the machine's age, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are included.
Bought outright without a service agreement, the warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you what it is in writing before the sale. Add a service agreement and a failed machine is replaced at any point in the term. The rental figure on selected machines starts from $15 a week plus GST, provided finance is approved.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
It varies, so we put the count in writing for the exact machine you are looking at. That number tells you more than its age.
HP says up to 20,000 pages a month; in a peak month it is rated for 200,000.
Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
