Kyocera rates the TASKalfa 4002i at 40 pages per minute, and it is an A3 black and white photocopier. It copies, prints and scans in black and white, on paper as big as A3. Secondhand ones come renewed, refurbished or used; every machine is checked, and its page count is yours in writing before you commit.
Image courtesy of the makerThe TASKalfa 4002i is the 40 pages per minute model in Kyocera's TASKalfa 6002i series. Also in the series (pages per minute in brackets): TASKalfa 5002i (50) and TASKalfa 6002i (60). From the maker's sheet, it needs the optional single pass document feeder to reach 100 scanned images a minute, loads 1,150 sheets as standard and 7,150 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm.
Secondhand, A3 black and white, 40 pages per minute, in three grades.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
It is the right size for fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor. More people than that? The TASKalfa 5002i is the same series at 50 pages per minute.
Three grades. Renewed is the top one: more parts replaced, close to new, and priced above refurbished. Refurbished means cleaned, serviced, worn parts replaced and tested, and it is the grade most people choose. Used is checked and working, for the lowest outlay. Whichever TASKalfa 4002i you pick, the page count is in writing before you commit, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
Bought outright without a service agreement, the warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you what it is in writing before the sale. Add a service agreement and a failed machine is replaced at any point in the term. The rental figure on selected machines starts from $15 a week plus GST, provided finance is approved.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

Want figures on the Kyocera TASKalfa 4002i?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Each machine differs. You see its actual page count, in writing, before anything is agreed; that figure says more about wear than the year does.
Count the people printing. The TASKalfa 4002i does 40 pages per minute and the TASKalfa 5002i 50, in the same series.
Yes, once finance is approved. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST. When the term is up, you move to a newer machine or hand this one back; send us the model for the written figures.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
