Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
The straight answer on size: up to around five people. HP recommends staying within 50,000 pages a month. More people than that? The Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78330 is the same series at 30 pages per minute. Printing less? The Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78323 at 23 pages per minute may be all you need.
The grade sets the outlay and the page count tells you the wear, and you get both in writing. A rental or lease can run up to 60 months, limited by the machine's age, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are included.
Bought outright without a service agreement, the warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you what it is in writing before the sale. Add a service agreement and a failed machine is replaced at any point in the term. The rental figure on selected machines starts from $15 a week plus GST, provided finance is approved.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.

One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Each machine differs. You see its actual page count, in writing, before anything is agreed; that figure says more about wear than the year does.
50,000 pages a month is HP's recommended figure, and 300,000 is the rated maximum for a single month.
Speed is the difference: 25 pages per minute for the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78325, 30 for the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78330. Match it to how many people share the machine.
