26 pages per minute: that is the headline figure for the Sharp MX 2651, an A3 colour photocopier. It copies and prints in colour on A4 and A3, and it scans. Pick a grade, renewed, refurbished or used, and get the page count of that exact machine in writing first.
Sharp slots the MX 2651 into its MX 2651 to MX 6051 Essentials series, from 2018 as the 26 pages per minute option. Also in the series (pages per minute in brackets): MX 3051 (30), MX 3551 (35), MX 4051 (40), MX 5051 (50) and MX 6051 (60). Worth knowing: it tops out at 80 scanned images a minute, loads 650 sheets as standard and 6,300 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm.
The MX 2651, secondhand: A3 colour at 26 pages per minute, serviced by us.
Figures as the maker publishes them. Each secondhand machine is checked first, and its page count is yours before you commit.
Our rule of thumb: it suits somewhere between five and fifteen people. More people than that? The MX 3051 is the same series at 30 pages per minute.
The grade sets the outlay and the page count tells you the wear, and you get both in writing. A rental or lease can run up to 60 months, limited by the machine's age, and delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are included.
Bought outright without a service agreement, the warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you what it is in writing before the sale. Add a service agreement and a failed machine is replaced at any point in the term. The rental figure on selected machines starts from $15 a week plus GST, provided finance is approved.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.

Want figures on the Sharp MX 2651?
One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
No two are the same. The count for the unit you are offered comes in writing, and it is the best single guide to wear.
Speed is the difference: 26 pages per minute for the MX 2651, 30 for the MX 3051. Match it to how many people share the machine.
Yes, with finance approval. For this exact model we put the rental figure in writing, next to the outright price; on selected machines it starts from $15 a week plus GST.
Which machine, which grade, what it costs to run, what to watch for in the agreement: ask. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Send an enquiry on a business day and you hear back that same day.
