Will it keep up with your office?

Sized for thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room, going by its speed. Busier than that, step up to the TASKalfa MZ8500ci, 85 pages per minute.

New: what is in the price, and how to pay

The maker's warranty comes with a new TASKalfa MZ7500i; on a new copier or printer that is usually 12 months on the hardware, with consumables not covered. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.

Most customers rent: one regular payment on a three to five year business agreement, with the machine serviced the whole way through. On selected machines the rental figure starts from $15 a week plus GST, finance permitting. A lease, other finance or an outright purchase work too.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.

Questions

Kyocera TASKalfa MZ7500i questions, answered

Is the Kyocera TASKalfa MZ7500i available brand new?

Yes. Kyocera still sells it new in Australia, and ours come with the maker's warranty plus delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff.

Which should I get, the TASKalfa MZ7500i or the TASKalfa MZ8500ci?

Speed is the difference: 75 pages per minute for the TASKalfa MZ7500i, 85 for the TASKalfa MZ8500ci. Match it to how many people share the machine.

Can the TASKalfa MZ7500i go on a rental agreement?

Yes. Rental is not hire. You sign a business agreement, pay one regular amount, and the machine is serviced while you have it. Selected machines start from $15 a week plus GST, with approval.
