Where the TASKalfa MZ7500ci fits in the Kyocera range

Kyocera slots the TASKalfa MZ7500ci into its TASKalfa MZ9500ci and MZ10500i series, from 2026 as the 75 pages per minute option. Also in the series (pages per minute in brackets): TASKalfa MZ7500i (75), TASKalfa MZ8500ci (85), TASKalfa MZ9500ci (95), TASKalfa MZ9500i (95) and TASKalfa MZ10500i (105). Useful numbers: it tops out at 150 scanned images a minute, loads 4,350 sheets as standard and 7,850 fully optioned and feeds card up to 300 gsm. It is a current Kyocera model in Australia.

The maker's warranty comes with a new TASKalfa MZ7500ci; on a new copier or printer that is usually 12 months on the hardware, with consumables not covered. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.

Most customers rent: one regular payment on a three to five year business agreement, with the machine serviced the whole way through. On selected machines the rental figure starts from $15 a week plus GST, finance permitting. A lease, other finance or an outright purchase work too.

Replacement warranty

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
