Will it keep up with your office?

The straight answer on size: thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room. More people than that? The TASKalfa MZ7001i is the same series at 70 pages per minute. Fewer pages to print? The TASKalfa MZ5001i runs at 50 pages per minute.

Buying it new: what you get

The maker's warranty comes with a new TASKalfa MZ6001i; on a new copier or printer that is usually 12 months on the hardware, with consumables not covered. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.

With a service agreement in place, the TASKalfa MZ6001i is replaced if it fails, for as long as the agreement runs. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST once finance is approved, and a lease can be arranged if you would rather.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
