Our rule of thumb: it suits fifteen to thirty people on a busy floor. Keep it to 15,000 pages a month or fewer, on Kyocera's recommendation. If that sounds tight, the ECOSYS MA5500ifx runs at 55 pages per minute in the same series. Printing less? The ECOSYS MA4000wifx at 40 pages per minute may be all you need.
The maker's warranty comes with a new ECOSYS MA4500fx; on a new copier or printer that is usually 12 months on the hardware, with consumables not covered. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are in the price.
With a service agreement in place, the ECOSYS MA4500fx is replaced if it fails, for as long as the agreement runs. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST once finance is approved, and a lease can be arranged if you would rather.
