Will it keep up with your office?

Sized for an office of up to around ten people, printing mostly A4, going by its speed. Kyocera recommends staying within 2,000 pages a month. If that sounds tight, the ECOSYS MA4500fx runs at 45 pages per minute in the same series. Quieter office? Look at the ECOSYS MA3501wfx, 35 pages per minute.

What is included when you buy new?

New from us means the maker's warranty plus delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff, in the one price. Most machines go in within about a week of signing; a model that has to be ordered can take longer, and you hear that before you sign.

With a service agreement in place, the ECOSYS MA4000wifx is replaced if it fails, for as long as the agreement runs. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST once finance is approved, and a lease can be arranged if you would rather.

One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.

Replacement warranty

What if it fails? We replace it. Any year of the agreement.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.

A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
