The straight answer on size: thirty or more people, or a dedicated print room. HP's own guide is up to 30,000 pages a month.
New from us means the maker's warranty plus delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff, in the one price. Most machines go in within about a week of signing; a model that has to be ordered can take longer, and you hear that before you sign.
With a service agreement in place, the Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP X677dn is replaced if it fails, for as long as the agreement runs. Rental on selected machines is priced from $15 a week plus GST once finance is approved, and a lease can be arranged if you would rather.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
