43 pages per minute: that is the headline figure for the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800dn, an A4 colour multifunction printer. It copies, prints and scans in colour, A4 only. We supply it new, delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff all in the price.

The Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800dn arrives new with the maker's warranty behind it, and the delivery is booked for a set time, whether that means a CBD loading dock, a business park at Macquarie Park or Norwest, or a warehouse in the west. Delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff are part of the price.
Most customers rent: one regular payment on a three to five year business agreement, with the machine serviced the whole way through. On selected machines the rental figure starts from $15 a week plus GST, finance permitting. A lease, other finance or an outright purchase work too.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
