35 pages per minute: that is the headline figure for the Kyocera TASKalfa MA3500ci, an A4 colour multifunction printer. Colour on A4, plus copying and scanning, from one machine. A fax comes fitted as standard. Bought new from us, the price covers delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff.
Image courtesy of the makerKyocera slots the TASKalfa MA3500ci into its TASKalfa MA3500ci and MA4500ci range as the 35 pages per minute option. One other model shares the series: the TASKalfa MA4500ci, at 45 pages per minute. Worth knowing: it scans double sided originals in one go, up to 40 images a minute and loads 350 sheets as standard and 2,050 fully optioned. You can still buy it new in Australia.
The TASKalfa MA3500ci, new: A4 colour at 35 pages per minute, installed for you.
Figures as the maker publishes them. New ones come delivered, installed and set up, all in the price.
Our rule of thumb: it suits an office of up to around ten people, printing mostly A4. Busier than that, step up to the TASKalfa MA4500ci, 45 pages per minute.
New from us means the maker's warranty plus delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff, in the one price. Most machines go in within about a week of signing; a model that has to be ordered can take longer, and you hear that before you sign.
Pay outright, rent or lease; any finance needs approval. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, and when a rental ends you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back.
Each links to its own page of maker's specs. Ask about any of them to hear whether one is in.
Describe the work it has to do, or give a model number. Back come two or three options, each priced in writing. No obligation.

One line is enough. You hear if one is in, its page count and the numbers, in writing. Send it on a business day and you hear back that same day.
If a machine on our service agreement fails, we replace it. That holds for new and secondhand machines alike, and for every way of paying: rental, lease, finance or an outright purchase. The cover lasts as long as the agreement does, every year of it.
A new copier normally carries the maker's warranty for 12 months, covering hardware but not consumables. Once that year is up, the service agreement carries the cover. The full terms of the replacement warranty are written into your agreement.
Yes. Kyocera still sells it new in Australia, and ours come with the maker's warranty plus delivery, network connection, scanning set up and a hands on run through for staff.
Same series, so the choice is speed: 35 pages per minute against 45. Tell us your headcount and monthly pages and we give you a straight answer.
